Interpersonal relationships

I personally believe that interpersonal relationships sit above physical and mental health in terms of importance. Because most of our issues stem from unhealthy human interactions.

And on the contrary — our level of happiness is determined by how great our human interactions are.

Ever heard of 1+1=11? It happens when people are aligned and vibrate at the same frequency. They aren’t imposing any expectations on each other, they are adding to the relationship, not completing but rather complementing it.

That’s how best friendships (and relationships) are formed.

Now, you might think this is just a dream.
Something you are unable to form. Because all the interpersonal relationships you come across in your life have had a high level of toxicity. And maybe you are still experiencing some twisted friendships, abusive or co-dependent relationships, zero boundaries family relationships, and what not…

But let’s make this dream a reality! There is a solution to this problem.

Remove anyone and anything that drags you down, let go of those fears, social norms, and whatever else that keeps you in that toxicity. And I’m sure you know exactly what I’m talking about. So stop clinging onto the “idea” of how it should be or the “obligations” you might have drawn in your head. Think about your well-being.

Yes, it is certainly hard to get away from such situations or people but like everything that takes a lot of courage and effort it pays off!
