Self-pity won’t solve your problems, action will
It’s completely normal to know what needs to be done and at the same time to feel helpless.. simply because it’s safe.
But the thing is that it buries you deeper and deeper as the days go by and suddenly no one comes to rescue and help you.
I will be honest with you. Being a person who reads, who is aware, who constantly wants to become better, I always knew exactly what needed to be done in order to achieve certain results.
But knowing is pretty useless if there is no doing. I always knew, but in the heat of the moment, I responded the way I always had, controlled by for me well-known, old patterns.
And what has been my great focus since a year back or so, is to implement all that I already know. All my knowledge. I do.
So if you’ve been stuck in a ‘hanged man’ mode for too long, my advice to you is to throw that last pity party and get up the next morning ready to finally do and move forward!
Yes, committing to something drastic and radical might not be comfortable. It is uncomfortable to change and grow!! And I think that’s exactly why most people stay as they are. They accept bad traits as part of their being when in fact it is fully possible to break the pattern of being oneself.
Just start doing something! Any new efficient action causes a chain reaction. Just try!
Would you just try? (I’m assuming you all are going to try since you’re following my page)
