Shake off your insecurities

It’s human nature to make insecurities up in our head and then feel like they are so real, so it becomes difficult for us to believe they are fake.

But in fact most of our insecurities are really fake. So let’s work on shaking those insecurities off!

Otherwise, they will affect your self-esteem and will be projected onto others which can ruin your friendship or relationship in future.

From my own experience, when I was younger some friends were really caring and nice to me, but I didn’t feel that I’m important to them. I inevitably doubted my own value (we all do), I often had that feeling with other people too.

I know this sounds crazy but it is the way I felt. And so I cut them so fast and acted like they never existed. But it was always in my own head because of my own insecurities.

Yes, you will regret it if you cut loving and caring people off.

So sit down with yourself and ask yourself: “If I made this up in my head or if they really did something that made me feel this way?”

And if it’s the latter — talk to your friends but not blame them, and simply tell them how you feel.

Break up with your insecurities, not with your friends!
