Throughout the week let’s make sure we:

— Don’t ignore people’s emotions.
Sometimes we choose ignorance for a while because the truth is too uncomfortable. But by ignoring the truth we are hurting others who are affected by our decisions.

— Check in on someone.
Send a message/call and just let them know you appreciate them.

And a gentle reminder: you’re enough just the way you are.

When we look back at the past we often say that what we did was wrong and that we should have done it differently.

But the older I get the more I realize there is no “right” decision. And this realization is liberating and so relieving!

There is just the decision we made based on the knowledge we had. But that doesn’t mean we were “wrong”.

We have more knowledge now looking back.

So free yourself from the idea that it was the wrong decision. It’s so exhausting and painful. Think about the knowledge you have at the time!
